The door recognises your cat´s unique microchip and opens to let him in. Microchip recognition is only used to allow outside access to your home. Your cat can leave the house through the door without the microchip recognition. Most cats already have a microchip implanted by a vet. If not, an identification tag that can be attached to the cat´s collar can be used. The cat door is extremely easy to program and uses a simple four-way locking system: open both ways, inward only, outward only and fully closed. It has been equipped with an innovative, clear LED display that allows you to set specific times for your cat to go in and out. The panel also displays position indicators for 3 selected cats, so you can see if your cat is currently in or out. You can also see when your cat last went through the door. It is draught and weather resistant thanks to the sturdy, high quality polymer and the swinging door with bristles.
