The Jaked Power Pro paddles are available in three sizes and are designed to build upper body strength but increasing the resistance with each pull through the water. The Pro paddles have flow holes for increased sensitivity. Using these wider style hand paddles will help to increase upper body strength, and improve your technique. These swim paddles have an adjustable silicone strapping to ensure superb fit across a wide range of hand sizes. Paddle size should be approximately 10 percent bigger than your hand. If you use a paddle that´s too big, you are potentially inviting shoulder troubles.
