A professional knife for mushroom picking enthusiasts, equipped with a serrated blade and a mushroom cleaning brush.The blade is made of stainless steel and polished to a semi-matt finish. The blade has a flat, full cut with near zero grind, which combined with the small thickness of the blade gives above average cutting characteristics.The knife opens to the notch in the blade and in the open position the blade is locked by the patented Viroblock lock . When the knife is opened, it is rotated a few degrees to cover the slot in the handle so that the blade cannot move. The knife is secured in the same way to prevent accidental opening after folding. The handle is made of beech wood, ergonomically shaped for a secure grip.
