COLPO OLIMPEA Bologna bot. The Olimpea bologna stick is extremely versatile. Excellent for any fishing situation in standing and running water. Powerful action, even great for sea fishing. Its casting weight, action and huge power reserve make it an excellent carp fishing rod. The rod is made of lightweight and quality carbon fibre, which has the special feature of a cross-mesh structure, i.e. the carbon fibres are alternately horizontally and vertically compressed in several layers under extreme pressure. The weight of the rod is thus much lower than that of similarly priced but heavier and softer action fibreglass or composite rods. The ringing of the rod consists of quality K-sic rings mounted in a light, delicate but strong steel frame.
