FLT CHAINLUBE is a chain lubricant specifically formulated for use on chains -drives and tail-lifts in mechanical handling applications. Excellent penetration and tenacity ensures long lasting lubrication. Resists water wash-off. Protects against corrosion. TECHNICAL DATA Appearance : Brown foaming lubricant Odour : Solvent Specifications/Approvals : Lansing Bagnall Approved SG @ 20C (aerosol) : 0.69 Pressure @ 20C : 3.7 bar Discharge rate @ 20C : 1.2 g/s Temperature range : Up to 200C continuously. Between 200 and 300C intermittently - subject to tests on intended application prior to general use Solubility : Insoluble in water - soluble in hydrocarbon solvents Compatibility : Safe to use on running chains Flammability : Classified as extremely flammable under current EU regulations Flashpoint : Not applicable in sealed aerosol Packaging : 500 ml aerosol STORAGE The product may be stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 72 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50oC - away from direct heat and naked flame.
