ASSO Ultra Cast Fluorocarbon cords are made of top quality copolymer base material, are easy to handle, have good knot tolerance and excellent tensile strength. The fishing line is an indispensable tool for night fishing. Its yellowish green color helps you orient yourself when tired in the dark. The cord amp;39;s smooth surface, high abrasion resistance and low elongation allow for long distance throws. The ultra-smooth surface, combined with the low elongation, allows all carp anglers to make extreme distance throws. Not only is fluorocarbon-coated line more wear-resistant, but its tensile strength does not change during fishing because the line does not absorb water, which would change the tensile strength of the line (-15%) as the molecular lines are temporarily rearranged. But the coating eliminates this and also provides UV protection for the cord so it doesnt age to the same extent as its untreated counterparts. The last advantageous feature of the coating is that it also helps the line to sink faster.
