FORMULA 14 is a non-silicone based release agent - specially developed for the mould release of thermoplastics which require post mould process treatment.The active product is based on an edible food oil and may be used for the mould release of toys etc. FEATURES Has excellent lubricating properties with a temperature resistance of up to 200oC Produces a high durability film - giving low migration during use Increases the mould tool working life Increases the slip and release properties of mould tool APPLICATIONS Formula 14 is especially recommended for the de-moulding of plastics: LDPE HDPE PP PVC PS POM PA which have to be treated after de-moulding Formula 14 can be used for the release of products where a food quality product is needed DIRECTIONS Apply under working conditions on a clean and degreased mould TECHNICAL DATA Density @ 20oC : 0.669 Colour : Light Brown Temperature Resistance : 200oC Packaging : 400ml STORAGE The product may be stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 12 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50OC - away from direct heat and naked flame.
